Overview
Luci Studio is a creative engineering space. This policy explains how the site handles information from visitors, commenters, and Google sign-in users.
This policy is provided for general information and is not legal advice.
Information You Provide
If you comment, contact Luci Studio by email, or use Google login, the site may process the information needed to provide those features. This can include your comment text, display identity from Google, and email address if provided.
Email Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, Luci Studio collects your email address for one purpose: to email you when a new post is published. Subscription uses double opt-in — you are only added after clicking the confirmation link sent to your address — and only your email and subscription status are stored (no tracking pixels or additional profiling).
Every newsletter email includes a one-click unsubscribe link; you can withdraw at any time, which stops all further emails. Emails are delivered through Resend, a third-party email provider that processes your address solely to send these messages.
Local Storage and Required Features
The site uses browser local storage for required and user-requested features, including theme preference, liked and saved posts, viewed-post or session markers, and the Google OAuth user token.
Third-Party Services and Media
Pages may load content or services from third parties, including Google login, hosted images and media, fonts, and CDNs. These providers may receive technical information such as IP address, browser details, referrer, and requested URLs. The site also uses privacy-focused, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to measure aggregate traffic, and error monitoring (Sentry) that may receive technical details about your browser when an error occurs.
Data Retention and Choices
Browser-stored preferences remain until you clear site data or change them in the interface. Comments, login-related records, and server logs may be retained as needed to operate, protect, debug, and improve the site.
